Bay Hill - Arnie's Place. Bay Hill was designed in 1961 by Dick Wilson and is comprised of 27 total holes split across three nines: the Challenger, Champion, and Charger nines. Bay Hill perhaps had the most famous owner out of any club in golf: the King himself, Arnold Palmer. Arnie's Place is a favorite among fans and hotel guests, and the annual Arnold Palmer Invitational is one of the most popular non-major stops on the PGA Tour.

The original 18 (Challenger, Champion) set the venue for the AP Invitational. The course's numerous lakes, ponds, and creeks create a unique routing, with water coming into play on 11 holes. The closing hole is guarded by a pond and has seen many tournaments won or lost as players often take an aggressive line over the water to the back right Sunday pin.
