In normal times, we are able to guarantee delivery of our custom and regular orders within a certain timeframe. However, given the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact it has had on shipping, transport, and small businesses, we can't confidently guarantee deliveries by any date at this time.

We're advising customers to place orders as early as possible for Holiday delivery. We're doing all we can to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and will keep customers updated on the status of their order through their email confirmations. Unfortunately, shipping delays and slower production times are common as we work to overcome the obstacles posed by the pandemic.
